What I'm making for dinner



Really simple dinner:

Ingredients: 1 piece of greek pita bread, 1 avocado, 1 small tomato, mozzarella cheese. (I usually pick them all up at the Eastside food co-op on the way home)

Switch oven on to 400 degrees.

Slice avocado, layer on pita bread.

Slice mozzarella, layer over avocado.

Slice tomato, layer over mozzarella.

Place loaded pita on piece of tinfoil, put in oven.

Take it out when cheese is melted. Eat. Yummy.

Really simple dessert:

Huber Farms blueberry spread on Carr's whole wheat Crackers (they are sweet and biscuitlike. Other crackers work too though.). Also really simple and yummy.
