DST fakeouts

I work amongst many computerythingies, most of which automatically reset their own selves for DST. I looked at a computer clock a little while ago and thought to myself, "ooh, it's nearly four o'clock, time flys!" I was looking forward to the workday ending soon. Then, of course, a few minutes later I looked at another computer clock and realized that was an hour forward, and that it was, of course, the actual time. The one computer had not reset itself like all the others. I know why it didn't, but its a long and unnecessary story.

Mostly, today, I've wanted to know when it was going to be naptime. But there is no naptime.

Yes, I'm still tired all the time from post-moving stuff.

You should stop by the new Caribou in WSP on your way to Menards. It'll be on your right as you go down Robert, just about a block past Butler Ave. They moved out of the Signal Hills strip mall, north across the parking lot to the old Hardee's that my mom used to manage. I haven't been in there yet.

Coffee isn't going to do anything good for me right now. I'm less of a coffee-based lifeform than you are. Do you want to do a little grocery shopping while I go to Menards and pick up the kid? (Just a little grocery shopping, though, we don't have a lot of space.) If so, I would like some yogurts. I like the pina colada ones, and peach and blueberry.

...and walks in the rain
Right. Plus the basic staples: milk, bread, frozen pizza...

What would you like for dinner? I could pick up some salad and a rotisserie chicken, or something.

Re: ...and walks in the rain
Rotisserie chicken and deli stuff sounds fine. Or whatever.

Off topic, but I think you'd like this room in saucy_dwellings.

I'm still tired all the time, too. Except that I don't really have that post-moving stuff thing going on, since I moved over a year ago, and have been unpacked for, well, a few months.

Sorry I wasn't there to help. I'm having serious energy reserve issues lately. Hope you're loving your new place!

That's all right. We got it all moved! It went pretty well, its just such a slow process getting everything where it goes and stuff.
